The new Mountrail County Justice Center will be dedicated on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Stanley, North Dakota.
The Justice Center is constructed adjacent to the existing Courthouse. It will provide the County with a new Law Enforcement Center, a 40-bed jail, Courtroom facilities, secure holding areas for the Courts, as well as offices for the Clerk of Courts and State’s Attorney. In addition, the project improves public access to the existing Courthouse and enhances overall building security. Construction began on July 14, 2015, exactly 100 years after the dedication of the historic Mountrail County Courthouse.
Mountrail County District Court is in North Dakota’s North Central Judicial District.
