Melissa Giron is a Personal Injury Paralegal at Sand Law, bringing over a decade of experience in legal support and office administration. She is fluent in English and Spanish and plays a key role in client communication, case management, and keeping all the legal processes at Sand Law on track.

Before joining Sand Law, Melissa worked in immigration law, where she helped clients navigate complex legal systems with empathy and precision. Her background includes firsthand knowledge of the family immigration process, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges many clients face.

Melissa holds an AAS degree in Accounting and blends legal knowledge with strong organizational skills to support attorneys and clients alike. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters. Her favorite ways to unwind include camping, road trips, and discovering new places with her family.
