Gagan Bains

Gagan Bains practices criminal defense law in North Dakota, representing clients charged with DUI, misdemeanors, and felonies.

Gagan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the law by studying for a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from the University of Manitoba and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of North Dakota, School of Law. Gagan also has extensive hands-on experience in various legal areas, rounding out his curricular and real-world understanding of how criminal law affects everyday citizens in North Dakota.

Gagan approaches every case he takes on with a strategic mindset from the very start, prioritizing a client’s
needs, gathering a solid understanding of the facts, and developing a strategy based on these elements and the complexities of the legal system.

Gagan is known for being a committed advocate for his clients. He always puts their needs first while working to achieve the best possible outcomes for them through negotiation or litigation.

Gagan is passionate about using the law to get justice for those who are in a difficult spot and are up against attorneys with decades of experience. That’s why he works tirelessly to prepare and review every possible detail for his clients so he can make sure he is doing everything in their best interests.

Outside of work, Gagan is an avid sports fan. He enjoys watching his favorite sports teams and playing golf in Florida’s beautiful weather—when it’s not too hot.
